Re: ASM notes

I don't recall Dan Leckrone being asked or recognized to talk but he jumped up and immediately praised Agility who was hired by Lechrone,on Jan. 20, 2010 prior to working for us.

Jim did mention 336 was his favorite because of the longer expiration date.

The I.T.C. only deals with imported infringers. And winning one suit doesn't always hold for all infringers.

Barco suit was not pursued because of the low amount of our product they used.

Re: Best and Worst from Shareholder Meeting re to 350 Millions

From my notes at SHM. Lechrone said "about $350 million LESS EXPENSES was paid to PTSC". No mention as to the AMOUNT of the expenses. Doc.

RE: Johnson stock remarks

My notes say he replied "I have received 8-10 stock options and never sold any".

Also in regard to Mr Stan C, he asked the tough questions in a civil manor. That shouldn't be mistaken for being soft on the board. He did a great job. Also, Marc's account of the 40 attendee's as not being business people was, in my opinion, wrong. I spoke with several very sharp people at the breakfast. Doc. JMHO

SHM.

My notes on Leckrone are as follows,"less than 5 portfolios of 90 transactions were mixed portfolios. $350 million so far, less our share of expenses went to PTSC." (Our 50%) He also answered a question about signed sales not reported yet so they could use them as window dressing. He implied that there weren't any unannounced sold portfolios other than the few that insisted they not be public. My guess Apple, etc

Re: SHM

The fact that they said they cant discuss the Apple license, implies there was one. If there was no license there is no problem saying we hope to license them in the future. It was also said that there were a few other licenses that requested no news be released but that it was rare. My feeling was Apple signed a while back. Lechrone also said something I didn't understand. He said it wasn't the J3, it was J5???
