Any press release that PTSC makes has to be reviewed first by TPL.That is why our PR's are usually a day after their's.

In most cases that does not bother me at all. Gives us a jump on the market. But I still feel that a whole lot more creative PR...ing has to be done on our part. It is almost as if they do not want to get the word out. I could understand it somewhat during the trial, but now is a different story. This settlement is the biggest event ( I think-since I can't be sure) to happen to this company. It needs to hit the news wires. To what extent is the NDA- The settlement can't even be mentioned? If that is the case then that should be conveyed to us via a shareholder letter. We don't or shouldn't know all the details, but it seems almost as if a shareholder shakeout is their agenda.
