I know we're all thankful of the work done so far. I just think by the years past (10), we would be able to move along a little quicker after the DA signing. Shows you what I know about "Big Business", in the ME.

BNP Paribas has all along going to be the overseer of the financial institutions that were wanting to be a part of this. The Usufruct Agreement I believe is incorporated or covered in the DA signing but, as they reported more red tape. 90 days after DA expected to be 30 days the UA will be signed.

I'm probably answering my own question as to why there is not more investors jumping on this band wagon. They feel they have time.

Unfortunate for all of us. It's as if the deal is not going to happen. $2.53.
