Your right. Not in a million years. Maybe in 2 years or less.

Do you doubt the book value will be in the high $20s? If so, why? If not, why wouldn't the stock price rise to it's vicinity? The business plan is sound and once we start selling units, we'll have revenue and profits given the cost of the land will be miniscule relative to what units will be sold for. So I'm just not getting the logic behind your skepticism. Please enlighten us with your logic?
