Company has signed a Development Agreement with the Government of the Sultanate of Oman. Omagine Owns 60%; Sultanate Owns 25%; Consolidated Contractors Owns 15%. Project to be developed on 245 acres of beach front land on Gulf of Oman. The estimated cost approximately $2.5 Billion. BNP Paribas To Lead Construction Financing Syndicate.

I don't think I agree. I think that until the shareholders cash infusion occurs, which I think is triggered by a financing agreement, there are only a small number of people working all the issues (PR, financing, SEC releases, SEDA, Oman interface,etc), and that they are widely spread geographically(Oman, NY, London, France, PA), so I would expect progress to not be rapid at this time. We need the money. My guess is that it will come but not rapidly.
