That's exactly my point. Any PR they've had in recent memory has been a non-event, non-headline....whatever you want to call it. It's all fluff with no details or substance. I wish I had a dollar for everytime they've said we're working hard to get it done, when of course, it never gets done. Nothing they annouce moves the share price, I think most likely because no one takes what they PR seriously.
