The announcement that they will start mining rock Is a non-headline. The story Is very vague and mentions a "one off" agreement between Legend and Iffco. What are the terms of the agreement ? Is Iffco going to finance the construction as barter for phosphate rock ? Legend cannot ship the rock without the proper Infrastructure and that would Include a way to ship It overseas .... Way more questions than answers being provided by the company at this time. They should not make any announcements without having the particulars sorted out In detail for the shareholders and the general public at large ... TS
