I think Wengfu tried to lowball Joe G. on the phosphate assets and that relationship soured. IMO Joe G. tried to cozy up too much to Wengfu. Like I have said before they should have put the phosphate assets up for bid to ALL interested parties from the very beginning.

The feasibility studies have been done and should be there for all to see and reference, so I don't think there should be too much more DD having to be done or at least I hope so.
