Nomura is a worldwide respected matchmaker for deals like this , you can be assured they know all the nuts and bolts involved. They also seem to be very excited about handling this particular deal. Mr Gutnick said they might sell a marority or minority stake depending on the deal and he obviously knows all the ins and outs under Australian laws as he has been working there for over thirty yrs!!
