Before Wengfu , or about that time in one of LGDI's news releases ,(because phos. rock prices were to low!)it was mentioned that it would only take 3 months to begin mining if we decided to do so!!. I dont remember exactly which release it was ,but it I assure you it was said , you'll have to brouse back through articles to find it(it's there).
