An EDIG basher needs to get his facts straight on another board.

It is being said over and over, like verbal diarrhea, that the company has 100 million shares it can sell to raise money.  This is totally false from this moron!

On Sept 17, 2008 at the shm at the 1st Rancho Bernardo office after the move out of Poway, the proxy vote to increase A/S from 300 to 350 million was approved.  No increase has occurred since.

All that board does is take turns trying to out do the stupidity of the group, 7 days a week, and they succeed.
