I understand, Disco. Your question is, did the decision to hold off new filings come as a result of some input from Google or was it made solely in house?

Considering that Handal's case load with EDIG has diminished somewhat, because of the past dismissals and thus additional filings would normally be in order, I'll go with the former reason. It's Google motivated.
