. The time that remained on the life of the Patents all became factors in "Settelments" in my opinion (FWIW). The "Nunchi Portfolio" has been challenged Early as opposed to later in the life of the Patents

To say nothing of the fact that Handal and Assoc. is in our corner this time around from the beginning instead of the company trying to muddle through alone. Still could be fighting an uphill battle against the system, but Handal on our side is a significant plus.
