PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 31, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in Courtroom 9, 19th Floor, United States District Court for the Northern District of California, San Francisco Division, located at 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California, Defendant iBaby Labs, Inc. will, and hereby does, move to dismiss the First Amended Complaint of Plaintiff e.Digitial Corporation, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, on the ground that the First Amended Complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
