YESSSS!!!! Finally the judicial system is coming to their senses. Good grief, why even have a USPTO, I mean, when is a patent not a patent? When it is issued by the USPTO.

IPR, rejection, final rejection (that isn't final), endless litigation, patent language you can't understand, and that you can't enforce because they are overly broad and sometimes obvious. And the deep pockets just take it at no charge anyhow.

What is Trump's planf or fixing the USPTO??? He would never let them get away with it!
