If Google management is smart - and we know they are - and they are interested in us (who knows at this point) then they would offer what they believe is a "fair" price for our company. A fair price in their mind is as little $ as required to get the deal done. Why would they offer anywhere near $1 when our share price is between $.05 and $.06? Now then, if our price starts to run up then it's a different ball game and I believe that if we get a favorable construction ruling our price will begin to move. Again, if our tech is essential to the future of all things mobile then we could see a much higher offer so they grab us before some other company does. All of this is highly speculative and probably not realistic because they have already digested our patents and estimated their worth and we know of no offer.
