I don't see Google giving in to EDIG in any way. They're too powerful and have the financial resources to extend this fight ad infinitum. To them it'll be a shot across the bow of any small company who thinks they can defend its IP. All they have to do is convince Handel of that. If we lose Handal, EDIG will have to depend upon a few lemonade stands to keep the doors open.

I don't like those prospects but that's the way things go in the real world.
