When is the last time we saw a spread this narrow? There's obviously some contrivance going on. The question is, is it for a buyer's benefit or a seller's? It could be for just one person, essentially. Please no lectures on "if there's a buyer there's gotta be a seller". That's just stating the obvious. Someone had to initiate the transaction....and that person must be be a buyer or a seller.
