I'm not sure what "broker non-votes " means. Normally, when a shareholder doesn't vote the BOD votes on their behalf. In this case, it appears there is great inconsistancy on the vote counts for each proposal. I really don't like what I am seeing here. And will send Fred an email asking for clarification.
