Richardo....is it possible that option has been considered and discarded?

Consider this. It's possible that there are shareholders with more shares than the company insiders. Would they be more likely to fight a sale rather than give up their jobs There are a number of exercisable options being held by the directors and officers aren't there? Is there enough to make them rich at a buck a pop?

If I thought there was a company out there who would pay a buck or two to buy this company, I'd be yelling "SELL...SELL ...SELL" from the rooftops. I'd bet 99% of stockholders would make money with many realizing a significant profit.

Forget about $7. The way the SP has been going I'll take a half a buck. That shouldn't be too hard now, should it? Ahh...who's kidding who...at 50 cents, I'll still be pressing for another dime. :>):>):>)
