The crushing blow will be when Handel drops us once they realize there is no pay day.

IMO this is our defining moment - either we make a Nunchi deal with a big guy, or Handel bails and we're done for. We've got til the end of the year, maybe 1 year from now max.

The question is, why would any company make a licensing deal? They don't have to - they can word smith around social templates. The only thing we would be able to nail them on is MS because there is a physical element- prototype anyone??
