We need to go to trial - that is the only path to disclusure. It does not pay to go to trial for peanuts, and without the NDA the perps wouldn't settle and Handel wouldn't represent.

We need a gigantic claim in order to go to trial. The claims must not be large enough. You can only conclude that our tech does not have that much of an impact, it does not add enough value in order to pursue the big bucks via trail.
