IMO--some on this board are overly negative and some are overly positive--everyone has their own "reality." In addition to the fundamentals, hearing both the good and the bad help to form a frame of reference as to how to view this investment. Vote with your proxy and vote with your money. If you think that this company still has a chance to monetize Nunchi and/or Micro Signet, sit tight or buy more. If you believe that this company will still be in the same position two or three years down the line then consider it dead money, sell and move to something that you think will be more productive.
