In both cases, there are misc expenses charged, just as DM did.

The 8-K and financial arrangements from day one were disclosed in the agreement, made public since it was a "material event" to include releasing DM.

The only item cost wise I have never seen is the added fee for the "marketing" part added for the new IP efforts.
