As I stated, keep identifying the potential infringers. Fred can either use our existing technical consultant (can't remember name of company) or hire someone to do it. He should also hire someone to develop new business. I'm not suggesting he do all this himself; however, while we are generating cash he needs to lead and manage the the business development process while directing the legal efforts. I state this assuming there is business to be had and "demand" for our technology as there was for our flash tech back in the day. Remember Intel and IBM....
