I'm sure Handal knew there would be delaying tactics such as this. I also know the court recognizes this as a delaying tactic. The question is will the court sanction Micron for doing so. That I'm not so sure of.

EDIG's future lies in Handal's choice to stay the course or call it quits. The defendants figure to tax Handal's resources to the breaking point. Will Handal cave? Not if the firm is making money. As much as we make light of the small settlements we've been getting, without them, Handal's outta here.
