Plank did not review entire 108 filing, but based on letgo's order.....this ruling is just jurisdictional......the panel did not review the MERITS of the review request yet....

as Plank recalls, EDIG has until 3/31 to file a response to review request and board has 3 more months, end of June to decide whether to accept review....meanwhile Micron squirms...
