Don't see why APPLE's counterclaim for relief against EDIG, being dismissed without prejudice, is beneficial to EDIG. However, I'm not sure if that's your implication. To me it means APPLE can revisit it whenever it wants. Just another shoe waiting to drop.... even if it is garbage. Apple has an overwhelming amount of resources to cause trouble and delay.

If this was part of the "settlement", why did Handal agree? Help me out here.....I'm confused about the apparent lack of balance.
