75 million shares, if accurate, represents roughly 25% of the outstanding shares - someone owns the other 75%. I doubt the majority of shareholders read agoracom on a regular basis if at all. Once the court ruling gains wider public awareness and we file suit against additional "big name" infringers the price will move more aggressively. As for later today, it's speculation based on past experience and just my opinion for whatever that is worth.
