I think what we have with Nunchi is disruptive tech.

At the SHM in 2011, it was mentioned that a license can be custom for each client, meaning they do not have to license all 6 patents. If 2 selected, 3...whatever meets the needs for their product offering, the license would be patent specific.

Same is true with future continuations. If/when a continuation is approved, the client can use that part, add it to their license for a fee.

Not in those exact words, but that's the jist of it.

m-S is more straight forward and the target market (chip manufacturers) I'd think would be easier to sell?

The tought part, is us not understanding how long it takes for a client for either tech to go thru all the motions and eventually determine if they can use it or not. All we seem to say is, Nunchi patents issued Nov, 2012 and m-S issued Oct, 2013...that's long enough, why don't we have licenses?

We, according to the 8/13 PR companies are stealing Nunchi tech so it must be of value...LOL!!!

What a dilema the company has....
