emit- We have seen to many of these judges make decisions that are purly based on opinion or speculation. Knowledge has very little to do with it. They don't have an inkling about what the Patent laws are all about and depend on clerks who have even less.
It depend largely on how things are presented to them by who you have representing you. They to are influenced by how large a law firm is and the lawyer who speaks for them. The evidence must be overwhelming in your favor for them to go with you and your claim.
Edig has had poor representation in times past with DM. He had an interest in others that he represented some of whom we have come to find out was someone that they represented also. They choose the larger of the two. I try to be optomistic but after 16 years of the company beating its head against the wall its becomingeven to much for a good law firm such as what is now representing edig to overcome. At least that what I have come to as a conclusion. Its one ting to fight or argue against a thief but if you also have judges that don't know what the hell your talking about , your case falls in the almost impossible catagory.
