emit, my question is simple...

Would you consider, that management might have to balance a possible bad outcome of the appeal with any good news they might be sitting on?

That question has to do with the forward inertia for company stability and has nothing to do with the patents...

They get it wrong and you will feel it....perhaps then you will understand.
