How does the Flash-Portfilio litigation have anything to do with making Nunchi work?

MicroOS/NFFS is/are a valid set of patents even if they're construed differently by parties.

We know it includes RAM now; e.Digital should be able to make a tangable platform to demonstrate on their own.

as they're trying to do now, finally.

Think I would build the mouse-trap and seen if it'd work before spending a boat-load of money putting out a plethora of conceptual ambigious patents.
