Many HL's and ditto posters, have been discussing whehther or not the posts violate the "spirit of the rules."

We have become basically at odds so to speak if it is overly hyping, claims of inside information by inference, whether or not any of the personal comments addressing another as a whiner...on and on should be processed as a violation.

To avoid the risk of putting HL's and others against each other, I asked admin to rule on all of them...which they just did.

If the flag is red, they felt it was a violation, if green, it is not.

Now, we follow their lead from here and we'll have admins backing.

Done deal.
