Handal/e.Digital are claiming that this defendant, and I would presume all the other defendants being accused of claim 1 infringement, are being guided on how to make things happen from either side of issue 12.

We are going after what we have all been waiting for...for a long time now....737 lead us to this point. As it has to interface claim 1 of 108 in keeping bad memory cells out of contact with the data stored.

anyway...this cache is the RAM issue (SRAM) used to page the data into the memory...and what the defendants have been trying to cram down our throats....SRAM is explicit in the 108 patent.
