Is it posible that a markman can come up with yet another decisionm?/ I don't think so. What the black suits are talkinging about is what happened in the last markman by a judge that was flawed in her decision. She was totaly unaware of where she was and made a decision that needs to be reversed if it hasn't happened already. The confirmation came with the dsecisions by the USPO that confirmed that edig does have ownership of the patents. So then where is their argument?? They had none and the judge asked several times for their point of view and he got the bloviating from the chief gas bag.
So now to get to a settlement its two weeks or a return to markman where the issue will be set in stone. If the morons want to go to trail its dollars from heaven. Apple might just risk it but IO doubt the others can risk taking a hit that can treble the damages.
This is for the whole ball of wax. And either way we got the ball. Lets not fumble on the goal line. We have waited with great pain for many years lets give it at least the next two weeks of till the markman. Some how I smell the bacon cooking, the frying is just around the corner.
