Doing business with some of the retailers named in the infringement law suits is difficult enough on a good day.

I can't imagine the pressure the vendor and retailer relationship would be under when your customer voluntarily ( or was pushed) turns over proprietary sales and revenue information on your alleged infringing products.

Wouldn't want to be the Account Executive sales guy on that one.
