They still need to either fess up to their infringment or we then go to either a trial or some other venue.

What can rsult from the calls tomorow? You might get some that will ask for a settlement. You also might get the can kicked down the line for some future decision. What we need to do is just be patient and hope that Handle and company knows what they are doing and are doing it.

We have all come a long way but don't put all of our hopes and anticipations into everything being resolved by this phone call , that might not happen. The prblem then can be , how will this effect the down side of our pps that has been sliding? Lets hope that some good can can out of this.
