To date, all the settlements mean to us is that we are making some kind of head way. Just how far no one knows and what we have is a lot of speculation. Its as if these announcements of some settlements were made to keep us in the fish bowl and keep us with hope of better things on the horizon. Most of us kow that to be the case that EDIG has a future we just don't like how we the stock holders are being treated and looked upon. we'r not fish. I'm all for information that ones like Doni gives because thats not based on the B.S. that some have been expounding here. Those are facts. Lawyers are at their best when they can B.S. the public and so are those who are in charge. What will drive this company are facts and not hearsay crappola.
What drove us to this height of 16 cents was not any of these so called settlerments but what we recieved from the courts as to the validity of the pattens. From what we have seen when the announcements were made of settlements with no specifics as to how and what was involved, we just slipped a little and are now hovering around the 16 cents mark.
That has to say something. Just what??? a question was asked if Appl was to make an offer to settle for 500 million if we allowed an NDA how would we feel about that. Thats speculation man. Make the offer than lets see. Otherwise stop the B.S.
