" So far all our NDA's have not worked in the interest of the stock holder of EDIG. So who's the dumb ass."
Believe it or not, management should make decisions based on what's in the best interest of the business not what will influence the shareprice.
If Fred is trying to build a business through the development and licensing of technology, including monitizing our patents through litigation, then he should make decisions that are in the best interest of executing that strategy. That's his job as CEO.
The share price will reflect the interest in our company by investors and speculators. The share price will increase when the results show either a sustainable business model based on the successful licensing of out technology and/or major revenue "earned" through the litigation process.
The most positive event will be the announcement of a license being executed with Apple or licensing of Nunchi by a major player(s).
It's gonna take a sustainable revenue stream or a huge settlement to get the attention of the investment community.
Again, just my opinion
GOOD JOB FRED!
