And YOU can't prove it's EDIG's policy to have NDA's. It would make more sense to me that it's the Infringer's demand, not EDIG's.

So your position is, if Apple comes to EDIG and says, "We'll settle for 500 million dollars, but only if you agree to confidentiality", you think Fred should say no, right? LOL
