As far as I'm concerned, Nunchi is another situation altogether. These thieves have had a party for more than twelve years where they made plenty of profits by using EDIG. We got crap. They thought that we were dead and buried and had no part in a ressurection. Well we are here as we use to say. Let Nunchi do what it has to do one way or the other. Its Just a case of whats right. They stole and they were caught. Now they have to pay the piper.
If you let the big fish go , what then do you expect to get from the small fry. They are caught, fry them. Thats why you have a caught system. Just how many items did the sell over the years and charge them per item and then look for a contract for the future. This has gfot to benifit those of us that have waited all this time. Its not for just Fred and his BOD. Its time for the little guy to come home with the cash.
The buy out is in our best interest. Remember those that do get the patents. Since the courts say they belong to EDIG they ahve a value to any who buy you out. That has got to be of interest to those other thieves who we at this time are suing for infringment.
This is not the time to shrink back we either have to s-----t or get off the pot. We either have what we think we have or its all for nothing. If they are wanting to delay then it must be that they know what they did. Lets not let them of the hook for peanuts. Cook them and then fry them. @ billion is just about right when you think of the years that they gloated over how the stole and paid nothing . Its our time. Get them Fred and don't sell out on us for cheap dough.
