Well, that may be in general ...however, for the security patent, it went through years of the process to a final rejection.

The final rejection was based on prior art issues. E.Digitaal responded to that final rejection with some compelling details.....that the examiner more or less agreed with in one simple phrase.

Since that responce by e.Digital it went totally dead. If it has something to do with NUNCHI, perhaps, e.Digital might make a hint to us that it is indeed involved.

I, myself, do not see it that way....unless they applied for a new application and moved from there without abandoning the current one.
