I looking at specifically what e.Digital published and not the tongue an cheek stuff at SHM's.

I'm looking at the tactics of one of the largest defendants.... the counsel of that defendant and past issues settled.

I'm considering the over all picture...and there's nothing technical of the issues I'm pointing out.

In any case, we both have a prospective and some times there is benefit in cross dialog.
