Would you please find out if Civil Action No.: 09-CV-02578-MSK-MJW was DISMISSED and dropped from the Court's Calendar in Denver, Colorado?...

Document # 303 is an invertible "GOLD MINE", replete with cited authorities, on major issues relating to interpretation of the Patents at issue...

I simply cannot believe that DM did all this work for nothing. It is a classic example of a filing that "sets the grounds for an Appeal to follow."...

Can you please find out if the EDIG case noted above is still on the Court's Calendar? DM may have worked out deals with all 19 named defendants and dismissed them individually. Yet, the case was punted to the Judge for a Ruling or two, and if not dropped from the calendar we still are awaiting the ANSWER to what DM asked for.
