I disagree.

We don't know the value of the settlements, but I'll bet we received a lot less than was projected from this group. The statements from edig talked about this as being more substantial than the first group from Texas.

And of course the main thing we didn't get was a favorable Markman ruling on the patents which would have allowed DM/edig to pursue more lawsuits without the worry of the reexam.
