Gil, bpjets is referring to a quote Fred Falk made at the recent shareholders meeting. He also said they were leaving CO and would file Round 3 in another state as I recall. EDIG/DM are trying to wrap up this case as quickly as possible, which is borne out by the flurry of dismissals we're seeing.
