Most of us here have felt that we were short changed by the decision or non decision of the CO judge. WEhat we need to focus on is what and where do we go from here??

From what I gather from most comment recently is that we need to get the re-exame over and done with. If its possitive for edig, then it away we go. That we have now gone back to Texas for that decision is a good start. That we got out of town as far as CO. is concerned is also a good move.

Its now another waiting game. its time to stop all the snippiong and let go of the mistakes that were made especially of those made by EDIG. Lets just hope they have learned from them and if they do partner up with anyone that we don't have the same crap that we are now engage in.

Some have indicated that we have to wait until some time next year yet in the mean time some small settlements might also happen. Lets give them that at least. Yes its been a long time and with me its been 13 years a few more months won't matter, its years that will hurt.

Lets give DM and the edig corporation guys a chance to do "THIS" right thing.
