Joe- per FF's comments at the SHM- round 3 wouldn't happen until the re-exam was complete. They felt that EDIG would come out in a stronger position, and we could expect (sorry about that word) larger settlements as a result. MK's opinion has required a strategy adjustment by DM, and it's being played out as we type. The HTC settlement is a real landmark in this process. IMHO, HTC has seen the writing on the wall and settled before it would cost them an arm and a leg. The re-exam request was just delaying the inevitable, and EDIG will be stronger as a result. JMHO. GLTA!
