And the stock is selling for .04, which is 4.71 times the cash value.

150 settlements with a net to EDIG of $500K average yields $75 million and puts EDIG at 1.18/share, based on current values and cash value only.

I would guess, under those circumstances the stock would be trading much higher, based on the, then, overall financial health/balance sheet.
